Privacy

This site is a portfolio. It has no accounts, forms or comments, and it sets no cookies of its own.

What we collect

Nothing directly. If you email us, we receive your address and your message, and we use them to reply. We don't sell them, share them, or add anyone to a list.

What the host sees

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic details of each request (the page you asked for, your browser and device type) so it can deliver the page and block attacks. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It uses no cookies, and Cloudflare says it does not track individual visitors across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Videos

Films and music videos play through YouTube or Vimeo. Their players load only when you press play. After that, YouTube or Vimeo may set cookies and collect data under their own policies. Where we can, we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. See Google's privacy policy (YouTube) and Vimeo's privacy policy.

The AJ Kross tour page

The tour page at vayll.com/aj-kross-tour loads a map from OpenStreetMap, map code from unpkg.com, and fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly, so those services receive your IP address. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation and Google privacy policies.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, Vimeo, YouTube and other sites lead away from this one. Their policies apply once you get there.

Your choices

To see what we have from you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights over your data. Email us and we will help.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
